The Zoo is a Non-Smoking Facility

Guest Services

Guest Services is located in the lobby of the Delbridge Museum of Natural History. It is open every day. Services include first aid, the reuniting of separated/lost individuals, our lost and found department, as well as information on Zoo and Museum memberships, donations, seasonal shows/events, etc.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located in the lobby of the Delbridge Museum of Natural History and in the Maasai Market Café. Seasonal restrooms are located near the Hy-Vee Face-to-Face Farm.

Child Strollers

Strollers are available near the Zoo’s entrance. Donations accepted.  For seasonal and outdoor use only.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available at no charge from Guest Services on a first come, first served basis. Photo I.D. required.

Refreshments

Grab a soda or a snack at the Maasai Market Café (Seasonal) or Zootopia Gift Shop.
